             We have been working as Professional Nationally Certified Personal Trainers for the last 25+ years in San Diego area. Our passion for fitness has always been driven by the success of our clients reaching their goals and improving their health. This has led us to In-Home Personal Training in which we bring the convenience of the GYM to your front door or virtually. During those years we have trained many amazing clients from ages 12 yrs. to 96 yrs.

                          We give you 110% in everything that we do.

We add a personal touch to each workout because there are no two clients the same. Each workout is customized to your individual needs, goals and Fitness level. 

First, We start with one Free in-dept assessment (In personal or Virtually). This will help us get to know you better and create a more individualized effective program for you

-Check for Posture Imbalances
-Review Health & Injury History
-Nutritional Review
-Goal Defining

Sessions
Include:
Bi-monthly Body fat/measurements to check progress
Weekly Nutritional Guidance

Anytime on-line, text or phone support
We bring the gym to your doorstep - We bring all equipment. If Virtual 

we will let you know what we need, or we can work with anything you already have such as stairs

-Senior Training
Regardless of our age, exercise is important for good health. For seniors, exercise may also be beneficial in reducing the effects of certain chronic diseases such as arthritis and high blood pressure. It helps increase strength, improve balance, reduces the risk of falling and osteoporosis plus much much more. Strength training can reverse age-related loss of muscle mass.

 
-Youth
A vast majority of the youth today are watching more TV, sitting at the computer or playing video games.....leading to a sedentary lifestyle. Now is the time to develop good habits for the rest of their lives. It is important for them to learn correct form to build a good foundation.
 
Weight loss and Nutritional Guidance

Our weight loss management program will help you to understand some fundamental points to proper nutrition to nourish your body. With all of the information that is available, we can sometimes become overwhelmed or confused about what is right for you. Nutrition and exercise are a dynamic duo that are critical in any healthy lifestyle, no matter what your goals.
