Joe and Heidi
We have been working as Professional Nationally Certified Personal Trainers for the last 27 years in San Diego area. Our passion for fitness has always been driven by the success of our clients reaching their goals and improving their health. This has led us to In-Home Personal Training in which we bring the convenience of the GYM to your front door or virtually. During those years we have trained many amazing clients from ages 12 yrs. to 96 yrs.
We give you 110% in everything that we do.

We are also dedicated to supporting clients facing a range of health challenges, including MS MD, Parkinson's, arthritis, and various musculoskeletal issues. We understand the complexities of pre and post-surgery recovery, as well the unique needs of those dealing with hip, knees, back and shoulder problems.
